Hoy Bill

Hoy Bill is to honor Dummy William Ellsworth Hoy who lost to be inducted to Ohio's Hall of Fame three times despite his outstanding records including winning triple crown and grand slam. Although he was not the first Deaf person to play baseball professional, he was the most successful player. Hoy did not invent baseball signals, but he certainly helped make these signals known widespread.
